Next week, Sherlockians from across the country and around the world will gather in New York City to celebrate the Master’s birthday in grand style. Scheduled events include the BSI Annual Dinner, the Gaslight Gala, the Baker Street Babes Daintiest Scream on the Moor charity ball, a Distinguished Speaker Lecture presented by Martin Edwards, an informal brunch hosted by ASH, a vendor’s room, and more.
I’m very excited to be attending for the very first time. Will I see you there? Let me know in the comments! (If you’re following along from home, be sure to check our twitter feed during the Weekend!)

I know you will represent us well. I look forward to the twitter reports.
Weather permitting, I’m planning to be at the Gillette luncheon. Hope to meet you there.
Alas, I didn’t reserve a space at the luncheon. I will be around from Wednesday through Sunday, though, so maybe we’ll still manage to be in the same spot at the same time!
Wow ! Congratulations on getting to go. I too look forward to the reports that you send us Have a great fantastic time! Chips
Thanks! 🙂 It’s coming up fast now!
I’ll be there this year. We can meet either at the Daintiest Scream on the Moor Ball on Thursday, at the cocktail on saturday morning or at the ASH brunch on Sunday.
Excellent! I will be at all of those things, so we will definitely have to find each other!
What a good time we had together! Can’t wait to see the post with the JHWS members group photos.
I’ll be there from Weds thru Sat. If nowhere else, you can meet me in the vendors’ room where I’ll be vending!

Fantastic! I’m arriving on Wednesday, too. The Beacon Society also meets the same morning as the Vendor Room, but I’ll be over there as soon as I can. 🙂
Selina, I’ll be there Friday to Sunday. I can’t wait! This is my 1st also. Will there be a Watsonian presence of some kind? My derby is brushed and ready. See you then.
There’s no formal Watsonian gathering planned, but there will be a lot of us in attendance at the various events. See you there!
